We ship across India and are delighted to bring TVISHA to your doorstep.

Free shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Order processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time:

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders sooner; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, we share a tracking link and courier details by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel.

Accurate Address:

Please provide a complete, correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, repeated failed delivery, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.

Exchange shipping:

For exchanges requested for size or preference, the customer bears the shipping cost. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, TVISHA bears the full shipping cost of the return and replacement (see our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy).

Delays beyond our control:

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other force majeure events, though we will always help you follow up.
